Short description: 

EU Training Academy has been developing project writing courses for the past decade - both individual and group courses.

 

We can summarize them this way:

Some of the main issues with project writing is that organisations/ institutions join our courses when the deadlines are already next door. That means that:

- Application forms are filled in a rush;

- The support is very limited;

- The development of competences in project writing does not lead far.

WE WANT TO CHANGE THAT and offer you a much better support.

The academy is a 3 months support plan divided by monthly sessions, during which you can really learn to write your projects.

 

STRUCTURE - 4 Blocks:

Block 1: 

Organisations needs for a project and financing - Believe it or not, this is exactly where we need to start. The first block goes through analyzing the needs of your organisation/ institution and turn that into a project;

Block 2:

Project Writing Tools - Project writing requires knowing the tools and rules you need to respect within your project, better underdtand the EU Frameworks already in place, so that you can create something from that;

Block 3:

Write your project:  Once you understand what the Programme Erasmus+ Finances, the rules and tools and what you need to develop individuals or institutions, arguing your project needs is the next step. We give you tips, try to find answers for your questions. With us you receive also information related to events happening that can support you beyond the course, support network with other organisations; so you can learn and grow.

Blocks 4: 

Budgeting the project, discuss the project with your partners, impact, project dissemination and sustainability, one of the most overlooked part of projects. We will together complete all necessary documentation and get ready for the deadline.

 

 We can feel the excitement already 

 

Groups are divided by:

KA1 projects;

KA2 projects.

The groups get divided after block 2 is over, 2nd month Academy.

 

The academy starts in April 2024

We meet twice a month, Tuesday afternoon: 15h00 CET (Warsaw, Brussels local time)

Sessions: 15-18h00

Monthly payment: 50 EUR

2. PAYMENTS

CONFIRMATION PAYMENT: 11-15/03/2024 (first payment)

Payments are done until the 3rd of each month, by paypal or bank transfer.

Cancellation can take place at any time, considering the payment of the current month of resignation is fully paid.

After June, we run private consultations for preparation for October deadline... Get ready for the job and find all there is to now about your project. We're here to support you. 

 

Our academy will be much more than project writing. They will be:

 Up to date sessions on new versions of the Programme;

 A continuous chance to ask questions and get answer rght on spot;

 A continuous support, so you feel ready to submit your projects;

 A chance to develop network with other participants from other countries;

 The time and place to get up to date news from European events and info days online and offline from the NAs.
