What is this course about? The course will:

Get a better clarification on the Programme, its priorities, sectors and which application forms to be used;

Clarify where and how we fill the project application forms;

Support you in writing your project and answer questions you may have about it;

Discuss AI & Project creation;

Answer questions on how to find partners;

Answer questions on which formalities are needed to apply for projects within the Erasmus+ Programme: 2021-2027, based in the Programme Guide.

The course will focus on the youth sector, with some extend to the school and adult education sectors

The course costs are set in detail with the organisations and institutions and their needs. Payment can be done online, by PayPal or bank transfer. Once you register, you receive the payment details.

Online Course ABC Erasmus+:
The course ABC Erasmus+ is a 5 modules course, , hosted online, divided by blocks of 3.5h, including hometasks and supervising of your work. Physical course is also an option. Contact us.
Courses are tailor made for your organisation needs. General overview:
Module 1: Develop better understanding of the Programme, Key Actions and Sectors;
Module 2: Develop better understanding of the Programme. Look for partners;
Module 3: EC platforms and eforms;
Module 4: AI & Project Creation. Start writing your project - Simulation exercise and feedback;
Module 5: Supervisional and final remarks on project writing, when we discuss the most relevant documentation, eventually, for a specifi project your organisation aims to apply for.
The course can be adapted to the organisations needs, with focus on certain concrete projects.
Training on project writing and/or project management for organisations is priced according to the organisations and institution needs (and if physical or online), but shall be consulted deppending on which project you want to submit to be co-funded;
Consultations:
If you have your project already written and you want to consult your idea, the consultations option are a great way.
If you want to start creating your project and you are not sure where your idea fits - Consultations work for you.
If you have developed an idea but you are not sure how to put it into the project context and get more chances to get funding - Consultations are a great option.
Consultations do not include work between sessions, they can be booked separated and they are focused on the concrete need you have.
Procedures:
Our courses are set based on an agreement hand-signed by both sides, sent by email and based on a clausule of confidentiality - documents to be prepared by us. As such, once you confirm the course with us we will prepare:
Agreement;
Clausule of confidentiality.
Payments are done prior course, by paypal or bank transfer.
Invoice on the course can be given to you or your organisation - just inform us about it.
Before we start any course, 15 min online meeting - prep meeting will be hosted, so that we can prepare the course best fitting the needs of your team and of your organisation. Meeting date to be set, after all the above documentation is signed.
